Insolvency Administrator – Cheshire

Numero Recruitment are currently recruiting an Insolvency Administrator to join a well-respected Insolvency Practice based in Cheshire. Working as a Corporate Insolvency Administrator, you will join a team of other Insolvency Administrators responsible for delivering a caseload of CVA’s, Administrations, CVL’s, MVL’s and bankruptcies from case progression through to closure.

Reporting directly to the Insolvency Manager as well as work with one of the IPs, your main duties will include, but not limited to:

• Prepare for and assist at creditors’ meeting to pass and approve resolutions
• Preparation of statutory documentation relating to insolvency appointments
• Assist in the preparation of statutory reports in line with insolvency legislation and best practice
• Liaise with external contacts gathering relevant information to prepare necessary reports
• Communicating with creditors to address any queries via all forms of communication
• Assisting with Employee redundancy claims
• Logging of creditor claims
• Assisting in the investigations of the conduct of directors of insolvent Companies
• General administrative support and data input into IPS
• Realisation of assets.
• Deal with ongoing creditors’ queries.

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role corporate Insolvency position
• CPI qualifications would be advantageous but is not required
