Insolvency Senior Administrator – Southampton

Location: Southampton

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Numero Recruitment are currently working with a Top 10 firm in Southampton that would like to recruit a Senior Insolvency Administrator into their corporate insolvency team. You will be joining an established team of insolvency professionals and will be provided the opportunity to progress into a more senior role with further training and formal qualifications offered.

The Role:

As a Senior in the Restructuring and insolvency team, you will be managing case delivery, including pre-appointment, case progression and closure as well as ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner.
Working alongside Managers and Directors on Administration cases (Trading, Pre-Pack), CVL’s, MVL’s and Advisory projects involving highly-stressed business.
Supporting Directors in Business Sale / Disposal and Accelerated M&A transactions..
Attending initial meetings with directors
Conducting a solvency review of clients business
Preparing letters of advice
Preparing documents of appointment
Preparing proposals, progress reports, and final reports
Investigating the conduct of directors
Dealing with creditor queries, then agreeing and paying claims
Ensuring that key targets are met as per the cases’ diaries

Requirements:

Minimum of two years’ work experience within a corporate insolvency role
Good compliance skills with limited supervision
Ability to anticipate and communicate problems to others in the team
Effective use of IT including Excel, Word and Outlook
Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively whilst being flexible
