Accounts Manager or Accounts Senior Manager – Bristol

Location: Bristol

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

Numero Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Manager or Senior Manager to join a leading Accountancy Practice firm in Bristol. The firm sits within the UK’s Top 50 Practice firms and has over 300 staff across it’s offices. The Role:

Planning, undertaking and supervising assignments
Working closely with your client portfolio on specific projects and managing a small team.
Ensuring year ear-end compliance requirements; statutory accounts and tax returns are completed on time.
Take a lead role in the business development of the office and the Firm. This will include attending various marketing events.
You will work closely with the Partners in the Bristol office and others from various offices in the firm.

Requirements:

Due to the portfolio you will be working on, you must have recent experience of Medical Clients and Partnership Tax.
Recently worked within a practice firm and provided business Services as a Manager or Senior Manager.
ACA or ACCA qualified.
Excellent people management and accountancy technical skills.
A self-starter capable of taking a lead role in the development of the firms accountancy service.
Take responsibility as a staff mentor to trainees and newly qualified staff.
Socially confident and enjoy networking.
Proven track record in winning and keeping new business.
