Audit & Accounts Senior – Harrow, North London

Location: Harrow, North London

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Numero Recruitment are currently recruiting for an accountancy practice firm based in Harrow who are keen to speak with Audit & Accounts seniors. The role will be split 30% Audit and 70% accounts and you will work with a wide range of business sectors and clients with turnovers up to £40 million

The Role:

The role will be a split across general accounting and external audit
You will lead client audit engagements, including planning, executing, directing, and completing financial statements
Take responsibility for the supervision and training of less experienced members in the team.
Work closely with your client portfolio to understand their business needs and make recommendations for business and process improvements
Lead the audit team onsite to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
Provide both substantive and compliance testing, whilst identifying and resolving any errors.
Investigate and provide recommendations for audit review queries, ensuring all relevant action points have been adequately addressed.

Requirements:

All applicants must be CA qualified and have recent experience in a UK practice accounting firm.
Good communication skills and be able to deal confidently and effectively with both clients and staff.
