Numero Recruitment are currently recruiting for a large International Accountancy firm in Auckland New Zealand. They are keen to speak with local people or those that have experience within Australia, the UK or Ireland about a fantastic opportunity as an Audit Senior. The opportunity will provide you with a more diverse job role than just Audit as you will have the opportunity to work on some advisory projects outside of the busy audit season. The opportunity will include both local and national clients allowing you the opportunity to visit other cities across New Zealand and some in Australia.

The Role:

Working with a dedicated portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors.
Responsible as the lead audit senior on various assignments, assisting more junior members both in the office and on-site at client premises.
Manage key client relationships and expectations whilst on-site
Monitor budgets throughout the audit, reporting directly to partners.
Take part in networking events to build both yours and the companies name with potential clients.

Requirements:

All applicants must be CA qualified (ACA or ACCA)
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of current auditing techniques ideally within a firm of chartered or certified accountants.
Have experience of IFRS reporting standards
Previous experience as lead senior on audit engagements
Strong communication skills
