Insolvency Senior Executive x 2 – Leeds

Location: Leeds

Salary: £27,500 - £33,000

Numero Recruitment are currently recruiting for insolvency administrators to join 2 well renowned businesses in Leeds City Center at Senior Executive level. Both firms specialise in Insolvency & Restructuring and can offer further study along with a very progressive career path.

Work will include managing a wide variety of corporate insolvency cases from inception through to closure and you will have the opportunity to work alongside some very talented and experienced insolvency practitioners.

The Role:

Set up, manage and close cases on IPS, ensuring all details are regularly updated and are correct.
Attend clients site when required
Carry out closure procedures including reviews, closure forms, final report and advertising
Draft initial letters, reports and correspondence to all stakeholders before sending to senior staff for review.
Continually liaise with managers and partners on the progress of the case and keeping them informed if any problems or issues arise.
Keep IPS up to date, in particular diary lines, ensuring deadlines are met.
Assist junior team members when required.
Assist with the raising of bills at the appropriate time.
Draft annual/final reports and proposals and prepare all appendices including proxy forms, notices, authority to chair and time cost analysis.
Actively support business development and marketing initiatives
Make distributions (pay dividends) to creditors with approval from managers and partners.

Requirements:

Recent experience and technical knowledge within a similar professional services environment is required.
Able to work flexibly, and to prioritise assignments and projects
Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
An interest and experience in business development and marketing
Team orientated and a desire to work in a professional environment
Intermediate skills in MS Office and IPS
