The Role:

As an Insolvency Manager you will ideally have previous experience in international, cross-border insolvency and enforcement assignments involving asset tracing and asset recovery.

You will be the lead adviser on complex and challenging assignments
You will work alongside the Directors and Partners in developing case strategy.
Oversee a team of Insolvency case administrators, ensuring that all cases are progressed in line with company standards and compliance.
Carry out forensic analysis of bank statements and other financial information
Undertake International asset tracing and investigations.
Preparing detailed witness statements and affidavits in various jurisdiction.
Investigating misconduct by company officers.
Supervising and coaching junior team members.
Organising marketing events and seminars, as well as presentations both internally and externally in order to promote recovery services

Requirements:

At least 5 years’ experience in insolvency and/or global asset-tracing and forensic investigations, with demonstrable experience of the above duties
Due to visa requirements our clients will only consider candidates with a recognised accountancy or insolvency qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CPI or JIEB)
Solid Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Our clients have indicated that they would ideally like candidates with a Top 10 firm background or experience within a large restructuring & Recovery organisation.
